From the moment my tires roll up your driveway incredible things start happening, people are there ushering you into the service bay, immediately facilitating service, making things easy for you where possible, treating you with care, communicating thoroughly and accurately and this service report you sent me is outstanding. I love that it's an emailed pdf that details out what was done to my car and what you recommend and why. Now that is responsible and it's a document that I can work with until my next service visit. A lot of people don't buy Mercedes because they think they are expensive but matched with service like Mercedes Benz Honolulu has provided me with since I got my first Benz in 2005, I believe the total cost of ownership is less than it would have been with a lesser vehicle. Our sales was very accommodating and nice down to earth Very friendly atmosphere and our sales person was extremely helpful and nice. The only drawback was the financing part where, going back and forth Very friendly atmosphere and our sales person was extremely helpful and nice. The only drawback was the financing part where, going back and forth with the bank and dealership. Usually dealership would do all the leg work for their clients however it wasn't the case. I believe that the sale could have been done in a timely manner if the finance person gave us the PO, in 15 since my bank was still open. So having to wait over the weekend for my bank to open and having to go back and forth was very inconvenience. We knew we were going to purchase for sure but that was the drawback, and finance person not very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our sales person. Will definitely come back here to buy a brand new MB for my fiance. More
