Giving this dealer a 0 star rating. Totally unprofessional and extremely uneducated in key making process.. won’t be back here. After leaving this place I inquired with another MB dealer statin unprofessional and extremely uneducated in key making process.. won’t be back here. After leaving this place I inquired with another MB dealer stating what we went through was uncalled for and should have only taken 10 minutes, while I was there for almost 2 hours just trying to order a key. Not all employees wore masks. Some pulled them up as customers approached and others just continued to keep them completely off.
