I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Mercedes Service, especially with Willie Caldwell. He truly goes above and beyond every time, making sure everything is taken care of with such with Mercedes Service, especially with Willie Caldwell. He truly goes above and beyond every time, making sure everything is taken care of with such professionalism and genuine care. Willie makes the whole process stress-free, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. The rest of the staff are just as amazing—welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. I have been a customer of MB for years and have referred many customers there. I had a problem with my car and called for an appointment. Ed was helpful and accommodating as always.
