My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Morristown:
The only dealership in the universe that does not believe in replacing shocks in pairs. They know fully well that by doing to this to me my car is unsafe but they do not care. This is the first time I've gone in for service that I did not get a survey. Gee, I wonder why that is??? You think they want to hide what they did?

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Morristown:
The advisors are the best but the dealership is not interested in safety. I had a leaky front shock and simply because it would have cost them a small amount of money to insure my safety refused to replace both front shocks. No other manufacturer recommends EVER replacing one front shock. Mind you I GUARANTEE if they were NOT under WARRANTY they would have INSISTED that both be done but because they were under warranty they are adamant that it's perfectly normal and acceptable to do one.

Now we CANNOT wait to get rid of this car and we will NEVER go back unless it is for FREE warranty work. Of course we will NEVER, EVER TRUST THIS dealer, but when it comes to warranty work either we trust them or we pay for the work!
