Our salesman Joe Caruso was amazing, we called with an hour to close and Joe had the vehicle pulled up front and wai Naples and we were very pleased! This was the first time purchasing a Mercedes-Benz and visiting the Naples dealership. Caroline Tursi took care of us from the minute we walked in the door. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were visiting the Naples dealership. Caroline Tursi took care of us from the minute we walked in the door. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. We went for a test drive. Caroline was never pushy or arrogant. We discussed price and options, from purchase to leasing. We decided to purchase the vehicle and once the paperwork was completed and the vehicle was prepped, we drove home with the vehicle same day.
