Chi was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me save money on the purchase of my new car. Dan,(New Car Sales Manager), was also involved in the negotiation of the new car price and the price for my trade in. He was sincere and easy to work with and I feel like I ended up with a great deal. Carlos Reyes, (Finance Manager), is a super nice guy. He is very organized with all of the paperwork and made that part of the process very smooth and pleasant. He went over all of the additional options without being pushy, which I appreciate. I enjoyed the entire process at this dealership and was treated like one of the family. I'm looking forward to having my vehicle serviced there and definately plan on purchasing my next vehicle from Chi and Mercedes-Benz of Sanford. More

This is a very nice dealership and everyone was smiling, asking if there was anything they could get us (my daughter & her friend were with me), and just nice. I really wasn't expecting it from a high end car dealership with someone coming in straight from the beach in a basic/average car to a nicer class of car. I've never seen a place that is sooo clean! Even the car bays where they work on cars...wow! More
