My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Novi:
this is the lousiet dealership I have ever been to. I leased a 2001 SLK 320 from here. Excellen car, but the service offered here was the worst. <br>A few months in to having this car, It had a minor electrical problem, claiming that they did not have the part dealreshit tried to keep the car with them over the long weekend, would not provide a loner as promised at the time of sale, had to argue with them for hafl hour and the car was fixed.<br><br>when I went to turn in the car, the guy actually gave me a screwdriver and asked me to take the plates off the car and stood by me while I was taking off the plates.<br>
