Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City has consistently been a pleasure to work with for the past decade from sales to service. The professional staff delightfully welcomes me into the dealership each time I am there as if welcoming me into their home. The sales aspect is an exciting process. Mercedes Benz is the pinnacle of product standard in the automotive industry and exploring the various makes and models enhances the experience we have with each Mercedes Benz we order. Working with Tim Allred who provides meticulous expertice to the ultimate perfection in ensuring our cars are ordered exactly how we prefer. Ron Clemmons in financing is a true joy to work with each time. He creates a smooth and seamless process to getting the paperwork buttoned up in order to quickly get us enjoyig our new Mercedes Benz. Josh Collins has been our service advisor all these years attending to each of the cars we have owned. Josh is wonderful at being accessible to me to ensure an easy process when bringing any of our cars in for service. Josh always has Frank ready to go with a loaner so drop off and pick up is a breeze. He keeps me in the loop when any of my cars is being serviced. His suggestions have always been vital and successful to keeping our cars operating at the best performance level possible. He is spot on with tackling the correct issues and my bills are according to the estimate or less than expected. Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City has provided my family with MB's for a decade and taken care of each one as if they owned them personally. Each staff member takes pride in providing a level of service that goes beyond a basic client/dealer relationship. It is truly a family at MB OKC and from the Managers of Sales John and Service, Cecil to the drivers and ancially staff everyone knows our names and cares about providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. The attention to every detail creates a personal customer service level that is far more than the automated car buying experiance buyers have come accustem to in the industry today. My husband and I respect and enjoy the marvel of engineering that each Mercedes Benz demonstrates. Karl Benz would be proud to hang his script "The Best or Nothing" at Mercedes Benz of Oklahoma City

"Fine dealing with until we had any issues.... 1.no..."

Fine dealing with until we had any issues.... 1.no trailer hitch- as told it should have- solved by sending me to get put on and reimbursing 2. Homelink didn't work with garage door openers- told me to Youtube it! I called Homelink on my own and found the MB had a glitch in their system and it had to be handled differently that any YOUTUBE would say. Took him under 5 minutes to fix. 3. floormats were not the ones that fit the ML350- told me I must have changed them and was trying to STEAL from MB and get new ones.

Mr. Ward was extremely condescending and rude. I spoke to another salesman Scott (who was working with another customer) about an E400 hybrid they had in stock. And Mr. Ward told me the car was not in stock, and he plain just did not want to deal with me. Every question I asked him got a negative reply. I also asked him about the ML 450 Hybrid and he said there was none in stock. Meanwhile I had seen one in the lot. Guess my money is not good enough for MBOKC. Until we have another dealership in the OKC area I will not be buying another Mercedes. I was going to buy the E400 from dallas but I will not be buying a Mercedes until further notice so that I can avoid this dealership. Thank you for making up my mind to buy an AUDI A6 instead

MY EXPERIENCE WITH M-B WAS AMAZING. I WORKED EXCLUSIVELY WITH TIM ALLRED AND THAT IS WHY THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS SO GOOD. TIM LOVES MERCEDES AND IT SHOWS, HIS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EVERYTHING MERCEDES WAS NOT ONLY COMFORTING BUT IMPRESSIVE. I HAD NO ISSUES FROM THE START OF THE BUY THROUGH THE COMPLETION. I WILL TELL ANYONE TO PURCHASE A CAR HERE.

The team at MB OKC was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were immediately part of a family. Scott Tribbey showed us our new car and immediately had our attention with his keen knowledge of the Mercedez family of cars and what each and everyone of them offered. Scott made the process of dealing with Mercedez a quick and painless situation. The financing offered was also superb, Ron Clements was equally easy to deal with and was a joy to work with.

"I was looking at your websight and reading some of the..."

I was looking at your websight and reading some of the comments that my hometown Mercedes dealer has recieved and wondered if "that girl" is going to a different dealership than the one I have been going to for 15 years. My salesperson is also Bill Patton and have never found him to be anything short of respectful and most courteous. I have been dealing with Nick, their sales manager for the past six years and his honesty and integrity is a refreshing thing for any dealership. I am sure that I could buy a car for less somewhere else but then I could not and should not have access to services that are second to none in my opinion. It sounds like "that girl" has issues of her own to deal with. Regardless of all that, you would hard pressed to fine a dealership with great people from the top down. It is a shame that people search out a web sight to tell the bad things about someone they really dont know. Dont you think we have enough negative stuff everyday already. Come on lady pay alittle more and get a lot more of Mercedes Benz of OKC. it is not always about price...

Stay away from this dealership. The sales staff are condenscending and rude to customers, esp. women. In the store to purchase a S550 class Mercedes and Bill Patton (as usual) was slow to respond to our requests the vehicle and displayed a sullen and indifferent attitude. The sales manager, Nick Williams was uncivil and accusatory. My husband and I had been customers since 1996 and have spent untold thousands on maintanence repairs. Since we were contacting other Mercedes dealers in the area and were promised a great deal on the S550 at another dealership, they found out about it and treated me disrespectfully!! Actually, the sales person acted like and indignant child and stormed in and out of the sales manager's office. Yes, this was in a Mercedes dealership...a 65 year old man acting like a three year old and all because he refused to broker a deal with my husband resulting in a $2500.00 difference in price from the competing dealership. Guess what??? Afer the deplorable behaviour by the sales staff and manager, my friends and I all walked out. I have two witnesses( both female) who witnessed and experienced some of the unprofessional and rude behaviour. The following day (Saturday) I drove to Jackie Cooper Imports and surprisingly purchased a car that was different than original request and more expensive!! Jackie Cooper mercedes couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. The difference between Luxury Cars of Okc (formerly known as Bob Howard Mercedes) and Jackie Cooper Mercedes was "night and day" to say the LEAST!!!!!!!!!!! Run from this OKC dealership...they use bullying and intimidation to sell you a car...or shame you into buying one. They are worthless and obviously have some internal problems since changing ownership. This is the reason I am only giving a 1 rating! Thank you!

Friendly, professional quality service, done as quickly as possible. Expensive, but no more so than dealers of other makes. If you have service done while you wait, a nice waiting area is provided with complementary soft drinks and occasional snacks. Waiting area includes a flat-screen TV and abundant reading material.
