It was time for my A0 service so I took my car in to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. I was greeted by a friendly check in Associate and was annouced to my service represented that I had arrive. Jorge greete Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. I was greeted by a friendly check in Associate and was annouced to my service represented that I had arrive. Jorge greeted me with a friendly smile when he came out and he proceeded to finish my check in and get my loaner car started. I didn't have to wait long and my loaner was ready. Jorge texted me that my car was ready and when I returned my loaner, i was meet with a clean car and I was ready to pay and be on my way. All and all I had a very positive experience. Finally, the service manager Nicole Machen made me feel really appreciated by taking the time to speak with me and providing me with a small token of appreciation for returning to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. More
