They sold my high school student a car that lasted less than 100 miles. Local Mercedes dealership states it cannot be fixed and is worthless. Service center associate Yasmany lacks customer service. I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the serv I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the service advisor and the service manager is busy.The receptionist said there was no one to provide a link for an Uber. I recommend going elsewhere for vehicle service, not Mercedes Pembroke Pines. More
