I brought my 2013 MB E350 to Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines for the replacement of motor and transmission mounts on December 26, 2023. What should have been a two-hour job ended up taking nearly two mont Pines for the replacement of motor and transmission mounts on December 26, 2023. What should have been a two-hour job ended up taking nearly two months. Throughout this time, there was a lack of communication regarding the progress of the work. Each time I called for an update, I was told it would be completed "this week." Growing frustrated with the lack of transparency, I requested to speak with the service department director. Finally, my car was completed on February 16th. However, upon returning home, I discovered scratches and dents on the top of my car that were not present before. When I raised this issue with the service manager, Orlando Dominguez, he refused to accept responsibility, citing unclear pictures taken by the service advisor upon receiving the car. His response was dismissive, stating, "If you don’t like the way you’re being treated, service your car somewhere else." Overall, my experience with Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has been deeply disappointing. The prolonged delay in completing the service, along with poor communication and a lack of accountability for damages incurred during the process, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and satisfaction.
