My Review of Mercedes-Benz of San Diego:
I wanted to test drive a new Mercedes C350 sedan. The first sales jerk was an Arab or Middle Eastern guy. Rude and arrogant he passed me onto a nicer guy who was clueless and nervous. I drive a nice BMW. When I asked the bonehead to test drive a new C350 coupe he did not have one on the lot which was a flat out lie. These guys are clowns and rude. I will never buy a car from them. The Mercedes dealer in northern California (MB of El Dorado Hills) was nice and let me test drive an SLK350 coupe. These idiots cannot even begin to fathom customer service. Funny the Lexus dealer down the road was much nicer to me and spent time with me on a test drive for a new Lexus.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of San Diego:
I was involved in a factory buyback for a defective AMG. They were rude, discourtous, and wasted 5 1/2 hours for a trade-in on a replacement vehicle. They wanted full dealer msrp, and wanted to discount my trade over 10,000 from LOW Bluebook value. Bottom line... they wanted to make money... on a lemon. The car was in the shop almost every month for 2 years. I had more than 40 visits to the dealer to fix things that kept failing. The service department did a great job trying to fix it, the car was a lemon. Then after the trade the put the lemon on the lot and tried to sell it to another poor unsuspecting customer. Go to any other dealership for a purchase. And whatever you do don't look to them to fix a new car problem after the sale.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of San Diego:
these people shouldn't be allowed to sell cars, they are worse than used cars sales people selling beaters.

upon walking in with a friend of mine, the first words out of their mouth was "who's richer? i want to talk to the one who can afford a car today." i knew immediately they thought i was too young to afford their cars. (in my 20's) i politely ignored his remark and asked to be shown an SL55, the car I came to look at. Instead of showing me the car himself, they refer me to 3 different people until one of them finally decides i'm worthy to talk to. he was probably a new guy as he didn't know anything about the car i was looking at except, "it's pretty sweet, huh?" uninspired to buy the car, i leave.

the guy that initially greeted me was outside and saw me as I unlocked my BMW 5-series to leave. he then walks up to me and asks "can i help you with anything else?" i didn't even bother to respond.

My Review of Mercedes-Benz of San Diego:
They were very helpful in everyway! Will be buying my next Mercedes-Benz from them! Service department was very fast and realized I didn't feel like waiting forever. Parts department was very helpful in answering many questions we had on some other Mercedes-Benz models we currently own. Mercedes-Benz lifetime roadside assit. came in handy when we left the headlight on one of our cars.
They responed right away and got to our location, 15 miles away from Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, within 20-25 minutes and gave us a jump. Roadside Assit free of charge for life. Sorry to say I really don't remember who helped me in what! So many people work at the dealership. Good things come from Mercedes-Benz of San Diego.
