I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I own an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Viktor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy that day. Viktor kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. In return I thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I had one of the best experiences away from home in car service center in Florida. Thank you Viktor Kazakov and thank you Mercedes of South Florida for this wonderful experience. I took a business trip to come specifically to Orlando to purchase a vehicle from Mercedes-Benzes. Before I could even visit with a sales person about the vehicles I was interested in purchasing I was informed by Dominic that there are too many people coming in making business purchases. He also informed me that the police were being called to trespass me and another group of individuals from the property. I was discriminated against as soon as I walked in the door and was referred to as one of "Those People". I have no idea who he was referring to seeing as I was traveling by myself. My consolation prize for trying to do business with MBoSO was a year ban from the property and a very public citation handed to me on the sidewalk of the dealership. More
Went to this dealership to purchase a business car and was asked to leave the property. I had my business laptop and materials with me but there seem to be busy that day at the dealership and all the sal was asked to leave the property. My car was not starting and was pick up since 10/6/25 and the service advisor did not contact me after I leave a message for him until the 10/8/25. I was not agreed with what he told me cause I do have a p the service advisor did not contact me after I leave a message for him until the 10/8/25. I was not agreed with what he told me cause I do have a pre-owned warranty on my car. Since I didn't heard from him or anyone from the service department .I decided to go to the dealership and ask to spoke with the service manager he told me that on Monday he will look in to my warranty and spoke to the technician who work on my car and will contact me didn't heard from anyone as yet it's over a week no conclusion. I am not a happy costumer I had bought many car from them and was not treated like this before. More
