You know, the kind that's not enough to cause major issues but still kind of gets on your nerves. What impressed me was how seriously they took it. They didn't brush it off or give me a vague answer. Instead, they were proactive, working diligently to make sure I was happy with the resolution. Additionally, reaching out during the process was a breeze. I never felt uncertain about getting quick and informative responses regarding my car's service status. It's a huge plus when you're dealing with something that's not overly complicated but still needs attention. In summary, if you're dealing with a minor issue and need a bit of support, this service department seems to know how to handle it with care. More

The most shady, dishonest and greedy Mercedes benz dealer by far. Found a vehicle I wanted to buy, didn’t really care to see it in person, just wanted to buy it online and come pick it up. One of their salesmen Asad was gonna “help me out” and “help my buy the vehicle before anyone”, he started the buying process, requested information from me, I promptly filled out a credit application, sent over address, license, insurance, pre approval etc. Started working on the deal, filled out all the requested papers, said he will get back to me and get it done. 1hr later, followed up, he said working on a couple more things… 2hrs later the car magically sold, didn’t even have the audacity to let me know… I had my own financing, approved at a great rate. I’m 100% sure someone walked in willing to finance through them, so they decided break their promises and screw me over just so they can milk that customer and squeeze every penny they could out of them. Never expected this kind of slimey, shady business from a Mercedes Benz dealer. Bunch of spineless liars. You can get better customer service buying a vehicle from copart. More
