Loss of a potential client We have visited Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls on 08/31/2015 at around 4 in the afternoon to more thoroughly experience the feeling of two models: We have visited Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls on 08/31/2015 at around 4 in the afternoon to more thoroughly experience the feeling of two models: the GLK and the M-class. The employee that helped us was innitially very friendly and welcoming of our presence and interest. However, as we toured the vehicles, the employee did not present to us any vehicle features and did not treat us as potential clients. He stood in place watching over us attempting to discover the features of these vehicles. To tell you the truth, we got to know the cars better at the New York Auto Show, from the very few minutes we spent in them there, than we did at this dealership. I am quite sorry to say from this experience that we are not any more interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. More

This is a really solid dealership. Its big enough that they have a good variety of cars yet small enough that they get to know you and you're more than just a number. I was looking for a used C Class with 4 wheel drive (tired of getting stuck) and I was shooping for vehicles from my phone looking at dealers around me. Wappingers had what I wanted for color, but it h (tired of getting stuck) and I was shooping for vehicles from my phone looking at dealers around me. Wappingers had what I wanted for color, but it had a few options I didn't need. Brent worked through their value and in the end took them off the price of the car. It was certified so it wasn't cheap, but it was a bit better than comparable cars I looked at earlier. What I loved is that it was ready to go in an hour. Only negative is it was missing wheel locks. I just assumed all Mercedes had them. Oh well, still very happy More
