I brought my Mercedes Benz in with low mileage for a vibration at idle. The technician told me nothing was wrong and that the engine mounts were fine. I escalated to Mercedes Benz USA corporate and was advised to get a second diagnosis at a different dealership. The second dealer found that both my engine mounts and transmission mounts needed to be replaced under warranty. The exact parts Wesley Chapel told me were in good condition were actually defective. Because of this dealership’s failure to properly diagnose my vehicle I was without transportation for over a week. My children missed school and my family was impacted. If I had accepted their answer I would still be driving a car with bad mounts that they refused to acknowledge. I would not trust this service department with any warranty work. Get a second opinion if they tell you nothing is wrong. I am glad I did. More

While the dealership has had a facelift, the customer service has not faltered. Susan in the service department is Amazing! She has been my service representative for 5 years. I love that she goes above and beyond to insure that I have the best experience possible. She also is very transparent and forth coming. From the courtesy of the staff when I drive up to drop my car off for service to the smiles of the cashiers are great as well! I really appreciate the patience, empathy, and grace that management showed Me and my family as well! My only recommendation is that they need to fix the automated phone, answering service. It was very difficult to reach a live person. More
Certified Offer Denied Only After Hours of Waiting I received a Certified Purchase Offer for $68,175 (which was later increased to $69,500) for my 2023 Audi SQ7. The vehicle information I provided was a received a Certified Purchase Offer for $68,175 (which was later increased to $69,500) for my 2023 Audi SQ7. The vehicle information I provided was accurate, including VIN, mileage, and condition. There was no misrepresentation on my part. Based on that certified offer, my wife and I drove through rush hour traffic in the rain to the dealership. After arriving, we waited nearly two hours while the team determined whether the offer would be honored. We were ultimately informed that the offer had been generated by an automated valuation system in error and was revised to $61,500. I was told the regional manager declined to honor the originally issued certified offer. What was particularly concerning was being told that this type of discrepancy “happens a lot” with the automated valuation system. In this case, the revision was not due to any inaccuracy in my disclosures, but rather an internal valuation issue. The most frustrating part of the experience was not simply the valuation change, but the unnecessary loss of time. If certified offers are subject to internal review and possible revision, that should be verified before customers are asked to travel and wait at the dealership. If the General Manager intends to resolve this matter, I respectfully request direct communication from store leadership rather than being routed through the general store line. That would provide clarity and demonstrate accountability. More

My Salesman Ibrahim went above and beyond to locate and provide the best experience he could for my wife and I. We purchased a GLC AMG 43 and he was able to locate the exact car at another dealership, tra provide the best experience he could for my wife and I.
