FIRST CLASS SERVICE I was very nervous about buying a Mercedes. I walked into the dealership afraid and overwhelmed. I was approached by Alex who immediately put my ner I was very nervous about buying a Mercedes. I walked into the dealership afraid and overwhelmed. He showed me different prices, packages, and options. Anything I didn't understand, Alex took time to clarify. It made the stressful process of buying a vehicle rather enjoyable. Alex, along with every employee at your dealership, treated me like royalty. They offered me water, snacks, and coffee. Rob helped me understand my vehicle inside and out assuring me if there were problems to come back. He even provided me insight on picking other accessories for my car. Once I was ready to pick up my vehicle, Alex was excited. He made it feel like Christmas morning. He was taking pictures of the car getting detailed and cleaned.
