I scheduled a full service vehicle detailing, interior and exterior for my 2013 Volvo XC90. I added headlight lens buffing for a haze that had settled in and dimmed their night brightness. I REACHED OUT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND APPARENTLY IT WAS A CALL CENTER. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE RECEIVING A CALL SHORTLY FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I SAW AT LEAST 50 VEHICLES THAT I WAS INT CALL CENTER. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE RECEIVING A CALL SHORTLY FROM THE SALES DEPARTMENT. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I SAW AT LEAST 50 VEHICLES THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN AND TOOK THE CHANCE AND DROVE 5.5 HOURS TO BE VERY DISSAPOINTED. I WAS TOLD ONCE WE WENT INSIDE AND MET THE SALESMAN THAT THEY NORMALLY DONT HAVE PEOPLE WALK IN AND WANT TO LEAVE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME WITH THE VEHICLE OF THEIR CHOICE. I WAS READY TO WRITE A CHECK TO PAY IN FULL AND WAS ADVISED IT WOULD BE BETTER IF WE WERE TO FINANCE . ALSO I WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WE WERE LOOKING AT WENT TO THE COLLISION REPAIR SHOP WITH $ 2,800.00 IN REPAIRS TO BE COMPLETED. I WAS ALLOWED TO VIEW PICTURES OF THE ISSUES AND I TOLD THEM I WOULD TAKE THE VEHICLE AS IS . FOR THIS I WAS OFFERED A $ 1,500.00 DISCOUNT NOT THE FULL $ 2,800.00. IM A SMALL MOM & POP RETAILER AND COULD NEVER GET AWAY WITH THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. APPEARED TO US THAT THE DEALERSHIP ONLY WANTED TO PRAY ON THE LESS FORTUNATE WITH BAD CREDIT TO FINANCE THEM .
