Great staff! I went in for an oil change today and was helped by Rudy Makara. My experience was great. Rudy was very nice and helpful. While I'd prefer to stay in the car while the oil was changed, especially when I have both my young kids with me, I thought the waiting area was well stocked with free drinks and snacks for the kids. I'd recommend Merchants to anyone considering them. More

One stop shopping We had heard their advertisements on the radio, claiming they were the largest used car dealership around, and it did not disappoint. I was searching We had heard their advertisements on the radio, claiming they were the largest used car dealership around, and it did not disappoint. I was searching for a truck and had probably 40 to choose from. Salesman was friendly and not at all pushy. My only complaint was that it took a few hours to process the sale ( lots of sales that day, lucky for them) I would definetly recommend this dealership, but do yourself a favor and make an appointment, as well as get pre approved for credit on their webpage as this will expedite service. More

Service with Excellence I had to make an appointment for my car to have repairs done. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim. These guys took excellent care of me during the 4th of July My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr took my vehicle in for service, got me a rental, and within a few hours called me to tell me that my SUV was fixed. These guys treated me with a sense of urgency, returned my SUV and even took my rental back on a Sunday. I'll always bring my business to Merchants! More
