The parts department is the worst in Cust Service. None of them sound like they want to be there. Absolute worse. Had to finish my inquiry for them. I was greeted by a service member who was very professional and welcoming. After writing up my service order he explained what items would be maintain in addition to providing me with an estimat professional and welcoming. After writing up my service order he explained what items would be maintain in addition to providing me with an estimated time and cost. The services were completed earlier than estimated and upon closing out the order, he went over item's that would need to be addressed in the near future. I have used the Monclair Accura location since 2006 and while the service members have changed over the years, the quality of the services have not. I will continue to used the Monclair location for any future car repairs and maintenance. More
Horrible I never had such a bad experience purchasing a vehicle. The salesman was amazing Christian but the finance managers and the Gm where horrible in handling matters. Purchased my Acura TL in 2007 and have all service done at Metro where my vehicle records are recorded as well. Went in for oil change and mpg issues and was taken care of sooner than expected.
