My Review of Metro Infiniti:
I've taken my 2003 G35 to this dealer for every service for it's first 60k and I have nearly always been extremely pleased with how fast and easy it is to get my car serviced. I'd make an appointment, stop in, get my loaner and be on the road again in under 10 minutes. Stop by after work, pick up my car and again - off in under 10 minutes. I'd call the service expensive, but the results were always good and significantly more pleasant than nearly every other dealer I've visited.

Diagnosed problems that never existed when brought in for service.<br>Yes the writer above is right about how one is treated and believe that the service people are not as educated about how some of the problems may be solved. Being told that all the cars have certain problems and that is an ongoing issue. Being put off and not getting the problems corrected and being forced to live with a car that has items that need to be solved or corrected. They also have an attitude that another dealer has that I used to deal with for another car I have. To quote the other dealer that I feel applies here, although they have not said it they have proved it with their diagnosis.<br><br>&quot;we will repair the car, and fix all problems ,no matter now much it may cost (&quot;you&quot;)&quot;

Absolutely the best dealership I've ever dealt with. In the seven (7)years I've done business with them I've never been disappointed. Both sales and service are top-notch. They are honest and fair. In the sales and negotiation process they don't jerk you around and waste your time with the typical car dealer sales tactics. We also have a 2001 Porsche, a 2003 Benz and a 2001 Rolls. None of those dealerships have come close to the quality of service and sales we've experienced at Metro Infiniti.

Besides the service advisors that are condescending, this is a pretty good shop. The advisors talk down to you. When advised of a &quot;brake recall&quot; (I used the wrong term), he looks at me like I am from Mars and have no idea what the hell I am talking about. He then goes on to state &quot;You can't believe everything you read on the internet&quot;. This was prior to me saying anything about the net. 2 days later I faxed him the letter I received from Infiniti about the brakes, Jackass.<br><br>The service techs are great, fixed every problem, my car runs a lot better. They update software (or reset it using consult II) and it changes the way the car operates, Thanks Techs.
