I had a very pleasant experience buying my car from them. I showed up just after they were closed and Rami stayed and helped me for 45 min off the clock to get my purchase started. There were a few days in between then and when it was ready to be picked up due to an issue that needed repaired. He kept me updated the whole time through text, email, and phone calls. Also Denae in finance was so incredibly nice and friendly, she was so easy to talk to. She also explained every step of the process and what exactly I was signing for on each page. When she explained all the diff extra options for my purchase such as gap ins and extra warranty etc I felt no pressure from to buy them. This was probably the best experience of buying a car I've ever had. More

My situation was unusual because of the virus problem. The virus situation caused a 7 month wait for the care to arrive, which lead to some confusion on both sides, me forgetting about settling on a RX350 The virus situation caused a 7 month wait for the care to arrive, which lead to some confusion on both sides, me forgetting about settling on a RX350 after so few RX450h's were available, and Rami forgetting to leave the ArmorAll selection box blank until I made me decision about it. This should be taken into consideration for the oversights on both sides. Overall however, I would rate the service excellent, the attention to taking care of clients being as great as it was when I bought my first Lexus there in '06. More
