My experience at this dealership All I can say is they are a bunch of liars. My husband and I went in yesterday to test drive a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus 350 Sport SUV. We loved the c All I can say is they are a bunch of liars. My husband and I went in yesterday to test drive a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus 350 Sport SUV. We loved the car. We dealt with Rami for approximately 2 hours. We told him we needed to think about it and that we were going to be test driving another vehicle on Monday. We talked about how much we loved the car on the way home. We decided that we were going to go ahead and buy the SUV. My husband called this morning. We had an agreed price and were ready to come in and sign.A few minutes after my husband hung up the dealer called back to say that the extended warranty, which we discussed in depth yesterday, was not included. WE have emails and both of us talked about it yesterday. Then, all of a sudden there is a recall on the car and that's why they can't sell it to us. My husband inquired as to why this was not mentioned yesterday. They claim they just found out from Car Fax about it. They stated to us that we could have the SUV with the bad fuel pump, without the warranty. Bottom line, they backed themselves into a corner and three different people called us and they all blamed each other. So disappointed in the lack of integrity these people have. You would think in the way people are losing their jobs due to COVID-19, they would be eager to make a sale. I promise that I am going to post this EVERYWHERE! Do not go here. They also said that approximately 7-8 SUVS there have bad fuel pumps. Be careful. More

Jody was fantastic! I worked with Jody to look for a new car at Metro Lexus. I thought she was a really wonderful saleswoman. I had been to at least 10 other dealership I worked with Jody to look for a new car at Metro Lexus. I thought she was a really wonderful saleswoman. I had been to at least 10 other dealerships and I found her to be the best by far. She does her research, where many salespeople are absolutely clueless about the product. It was especially impressive because we were looking at a lightly used BMW, and she is a Lexus salesperson, but she still clearly made the effort to learn the features so she could explain them to me. She is low pressure and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Jody! More
