I had a problem with my 4 year old Hyundai. That did not work out but I was able to come in on my own - tired and upset on a Friday of July 4th. I was given a loaner since my car wouldn't be ready before Monday. I was in the neighborhood on Monday and called to see when my car would be done. The work was done, the car was washed and delivered clean and working. It was a situation where they could have fixed several items which were not broken but didn't. Because the hose broke the a/c stopped working and when they fixed the hose the a/c stopped shutting off. I have found the service department to be reasonable and fair and I am satisfied. More
I went on line to request a Quote. They were the first ones to get back to me. I check several other places on the Automile in Norwood were I also live. Hoping I could get the best deal in my own backyard ones to get back to me. I check several other places on the Automile in Norwood were I also live. Hoping I could get the best deal in my own backyard. But I could not. I first spoke with Adam who then directed me to Shadia. They were friendly and very courteous. And gave me a lower price by about two thousand dollars lower than the people in my own backyard in Norwood. I would recomend Adam, Shadia, and Herb Connolly Hyundai to everybody. They will beat all the competitors prices and customer service. More
Best Service in the area. I've dealt with other hyundai dealers and this is by far the best. The service guys go above and beyond every time. I wrote an email inquiry and was responded to within a day, in a very polite and helping manner. Adam recommended Wens to me and Wens was friendly, low-pressure and very helpful. The entire sales staff at Herb Connolly is very professional and very friendly. The sales person (Wens Prophet) who sold me my first hyundai tucson (my first new vehicle)was very knowledgeable abo professional and very friendly. The sales person (Wens Prophet) who sold me my first hyundai tucson (my first new vehicle)was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all my questions, which made buying the vehicle that much easier. Even after the sale was complete I was able to and still am able to call in with whatever questions I have regarding my vehicle. The service staff is also wonderful. I've had no complaints about the service I've received and I'm sent updates/reminders via mail and email so I know when to bring my vehicle in for servicing. Thanks Guys! and great Job! More
It has been 1year and three months and the dealership still hasnt given my title to the RMV. They also drove my car to 80 miles from the other dealership in western MA. Stay away from this dealership. My wife and I went in to buy a Steel Gray Sonata. Once agreed on a price, they told us that they did not have it but would get it for us "by tomorrow or the day after". Two d buy a Steel Gray Sonata. Two days later they called to tell us that the car was not available anywhere on the East Coast, but asked if we'd take the blue one instead. We did not want the blue one, and since it was not available "on the East Coast", we decided to try other dealers. After finding it at another dealership, they called back to say they had found one, but in VT, and that they'd drive it to MA, adding >200 miles; instead of sending it by truck. After rejecting their offer, they refused to refund our location fee saying that they'd located the car, even though they'd told us that it was not available "anywhere on the East Coast". We're in the midst of fighting for our fee to be refunded. Stay away from this place. More
