Zero communication. My car was picked up around 11 for oil change & detail. No one called to let me know my vehicle wasn’t being returned that day. Don't know about the sales side of this dealership, but the service side is atrocious. I've never been so disgusted with a business in my life. I took my mom's Ford Explorer in for a check engine light. the service side is atrocious. I've never been so disgusted with a business in my life. I took my mom's Ford Explorer in for a check engine light. Two visits and $5000.00 later, we have the same problem that we had in April 2025. Service manager suggested spending another $4000.00.
