Service department is a joke. Have taken it in for oil changes and the technicians have missed obvious leaks and left drain plug loose. Had to bring it back to have work redone af Have taken it in for oil changes and the technicians have missed obvious leaks and left drain plug loose. Had to bring it back to have work redone after a gasket failed with in 6k miles. Was told there was no issue with my transmission when it does have an issue. No communication unless I call. Will be taking my business elsewhere More

Justin was phenomenal and was nothing short of kind and personable. However, the dealership tried to overcharge me for a repair almost twice the amount at another dealership that services jeeps. I'm extrem personable. However, the dealership tried to overcharge me for a repair almost twice the amount at another dealership that services jeeps. I'm extremely disappointed to feel like Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat tried to take advantage of a young woman needing a car repair like so many other men based auto repair shops do too often. I will never come back for any service ever again and this was my first time getting serviced st this location. More
