I needed work done on my car and had no idea what could possibly be wrong with it. As soon as I pulled in, Rob Gregory over the service department, met me at my car. The video inspections the techs do is wonderful! You have to sign off on watching it before they can begin the work. My car was taken care of and completed the same day I brought it in! Rob and the complete service department was very thorough and knowledgeable. We have been taking our cars to Rob for years and will continue to do so!! More
Rob Gregory and his team at Mazda of Columbia are the best! I have a Chrysler Sebring, and was going to the Galeana Chrysler Jeep Kia service station, and would have kept going but decided to try Rob and best! I have a Chrysler Sebring, and was going to the Galeana Chrysler Jeep Kia service station, and would have kept going but decided to try Rob and his team at Mazda because my dad highly recommended Rob (he says that no one is better than Rob) and Rob has worked with my dad for years on his cars. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GALEANA BECAUSE ROB AND HIS TEAM AT MAZDA OUTSHINED THEM IN EVERY WAY: car service and customer service, friendliness and individual rapport with customers, and hospitality and time management. I have been at Pepboys, Galeana, and other places which have serviced me well, but Mazda of Columbia is the best place to go because of the servicemen there. If Mazda of Columbia looses Rob Gregory and his team (Pierre, Adam, and others), they have lost their niche in servicing customers and their cars; they might as well shut their doors. More
I have a Mazda 6 and after they charged me $366.00, they couldn't find what was wrong with it because they depend on a computer to do their job. Computer system is here to make life easier for you, not your couldn't find what was wrong with it because they depend on a computer to do their job. Computer system is here to make life easier for you, not your job. Sometimes you need to go old school and just look underneath the hood and motor. I find out what was wrong with my car, the dealership couldn't because they never took the time to look just depend on machine to tell them the problem and it only cost me $150.00, this dealership can not say they have certified mechanics, because my experience they do not and one more thing i so not appreciate been call a liar in nice words. Horrible experience with the service department. I dealt with Jon Pinel the service manager and I would not recommend them for any business transactions. We had trouble on a long road trip and were fortunate Seth Lyell, Service Manager takes their quote to heart..."Our obsession is your satisfaction". We had trouble on a long road trip and were fortunate enough to come here and meet Seth. He acted with great efficiency, made us a priority and diagnosed our problem. He explained with great communication to both my husband and myself what the situation was and what our options were. His goal was our goal...get us quickly and safely back on the road. Russ, our technician was also a superstar in not giving up when our particular issues proved challenging and frustrating. Thank you for knowing your business, gentleman and for making car trouble as positive an experience as we have ever had. You should be running seminars on customer service, Seth. Poor Service, poorly trained technicians I took my 2014 Mazda 3 in for warranty work back in November of '15. The technician changed my gauge cluster. When I pulled out the service lane I kno I took my 2014 Mazda 3 in for warranty work back in November of '15. The technician changed my gauge cluster. When I pulled out the service lane I knowticed that my mileage showed zero miles. Since I was in a rush I didn't do anything about it figuring I'd just have it corrected later. Well today June 24 2016 I took it in for a recall and also to have my odometer set to my correct mileage (since the technician last time failed to do so) and was told it couldn't be accomplished. So now I'm driving around with a two year old vehicle with incorrect mileage because of an ill trained Mazda technician!!! Thanks Midlands Mazda, next time I'll go elsewhere for service... More
