Fast and Friendly. I brought a 2015 Soul earlier this year and discovered I needed 1 recall. After learning that I took it to kia ferguso and discovered it had 4 more ad I brought a 2015 Soul earlier this year and discovered I needed 1 recall. After learning that I took it to kia ferguso and discovered it had 4 more additional recalls. So I asked them to schedule me. About two weeks later I came in and they said they didn't have a loaner car for me. Then put me on a list and after a month I called back and still nothing. After 3 months of this I finally came to Midtown Kia. A week later they had loaner and fixed 3 of the 5 recalls in one day. They are waiting for parts on the other two. The men and women of Midtown Kia were exceptional and incredibly friendly. Lauren Wade, was amazing and very understanding. She got the job done and done quickly. She was so understanding and nice. I seriously doubt they made any kind of profit on the transaction I had with them. I can tell you from my experience with them that when they say they are going to do something they do it. Travis kept in good contact with me via email and I really appreciated that. I did visit the dealer/service center several times during the 6 weeks and my hat is off to all of them for putting up with me. Now that I have this absolutely beautiful vehicle (picked it up a couple of days ago) I can honestly say that the wait was most definitely worth it.
