I have worked at Midaway 2 different times, once as a mechanic/shop foreman and again as a commercial service advisor. I felt rushed with decisions, also my visa card was taken way too early. I asked if they were thru with it, they said no. There was no reason to take it and hold my money hostage. I want a letter of written apology, and explain why you needed my card for four hour. Anyone there would not not do that. That is probably illegal, and they know it. More
