Description of complaint: On June 27, 2025, I purchased a used 2013 Corvette from Midway Chevrolet. I paid by Cashiers Check. I was told I would receive my title in a couple of weeks, tops. I am now 7 week a used 2013 Corvette from Midway Chevrolet. I paid by Cashiers Check. I was told I would receive my title in a couple of weeks, tops. I am now 7 weeks later, and still have not received my title. When I call, I am told that they have no idea when I might receive it, as they had "some problem" with the title from the previous owner. Meanwhile, I am relegated to driving around with 7-8 week old in transit tags from another state! This is truly frustrating, and unprofessional. Why would they take my $40+thousand dollars if they had no clear title to the vehicle??? I want answers and my title, or give me my money back! Desired settlement: Finish the job More
