Over and above I am from Dallas and came to Hutchinson with a car full of family for A long weekend. We had to get back by Sunday. The transmission on my Yukon XL we I am from Dallas and came to Hutchinson with a car full of family for A long weekend. We had to get back by Sunday. The transmission on my Yukon XL went out while en route. Had it towed to the dealership which stayed open late to receive it. Got a call first thing next morning with diagnosis. The dealer sent a driver to OKC to pick up transmission and had it done and ready to pick up same day. The mechanic, Luke Schneider, was superb as were the service advisor and rest of staff. This is the only place I would do business if I lived in Hutch. Very accommodating and service oriented. Felt like I was in great hands!! More

She then gave me all the information I needed to take advantage of the recall. When I have my car serviced they always find me a spot so I can work remotely on my laptop.
