My Review of Midway Motors Supercenter:
We were very pleased with the service that we received at Midway Motors in purchasing our Buick Lucerne. All employees were friendly, courteous and took care of our needs. We, especially, want to "Thank Neil" for taking care of us. The lovely "KU Plate" on the front of our crimson buick, that Neil sent us off with was the finishing touch for us!!!

My Husband and I had the best experience at Midway Motors, working with Kevin Post and Ed! We got a great deal on the SUV without any problems. My Review of Midway Motors Supercenter:
We called and got Jeff as the salesman... Then when we met him, he was so receptive, friendly, and willing to please...We knew it was going to be our lucky day...

We thought we knew what we wanted, and what we could pay, We road-tested two SUV, and my husband really really wanted the older of the two, less miles, but, the seller was, ALL the extras it had... Jeff was never pushy,He made suggestions, that helped us make up our minds.

Then when it came time to get figures, we already knew pretty close to what our(2)pickups were worth, and we got what we figured...No hassle,

Then when the deal was done, Jeff came home with us to pick up the other pickup.

We had traded in Wichita for another SUV, (which we like) back in August, but, DIDN'T get near as good a deal as Jeff gave us... But, all that aside, He was so great to work with..
We have been telling everyone to go to Midway Motors and ask for Jeff Biehler. And when we trade anything else , it will be with him... Thanks Jeff, We feel like we have made a new friend.........Charlie and Macelene

My Review of Midway Motors Supercenter:
Customer service and Quality of Work were excellent except that the shop did not have the van ready till 20 minutes after we arrived and there were still a lot of children's finger prints on the interior windows.

Friendliness was excellent. No question. Neil was low key, accomodating. He quickly checked on the shop, ordered the replacement parts, shipped them quickly (we received them on day two), replaced the plates fast. He was good to spend a moment recommending a place to eat (we chose La Fiesta which was EXCELLENT!).

Our Overall Experience was excellent. The Finance Manager did not try to disuade our decision too much.

The Price has to be marked as great. Neil and his upline accepted the offer we made including the price of the replacement headlights.

We would drive the two hours again if we saw another vehicle that we were interested in, no question. We would definitely hope to see Neil again.

One note. I'm going to copy this to my clipboard because this is the second time I've entered this comment. I say that so DealerRater can fix it's entry policy below, but more as a reflection that making Neil's recommendation was worth trying again.

My Review of Midway Motors Supercenter:
Since 2001 we have purchased 2 used vehicles from Midway Motors. One purchase was in approx. 2002 and the latest one was just yesterday (11-5-09). Both times we have purchased vehicles from Midway Motors we have appreciated their easy going, friendly approach to sales. They are not too aggressive and overbearing. Between 2002 and 2009, at our request, we have repeatedly called by Midway Motors when they had a used vehicle in that seemed to match what we were looking for.

I would recommend Midway Motors, and especially Lance and Gabe to anybody in the market for a new or used car.

He was very nice, really helpful in helping us find what we were looking for, had a good sense of humor, and very patient with us. My Review of Midway Motors Supercenter:
Just wanted to take a moment to say what a great place this dealership is. We have bought three cars from them in the last year. Each car we bought I called and talked to chad and he drove each one 35 miles to us to look at. We struck a deal in my hometown then went and picked up the vehicles in McPherson that evening. They are a throw back to the great service from years back. On two occasions we had some minor repairs that needed done and after a phone call to Chad he came and got the vehicle, left a loaner and brought our vehicle back to us when the repairs were completed. Once you've experienced these folks you won't want to go anywhere else. I know I won't. Arlie

We were in a tough situation with an upside down loan and this dealership really took the time to work with us and get us in a better spot financially. Jeff stayed late to assist us two nights in a row. The dealership finance person also was very friendly and helpful.
