Tried to buy a new vehicle from this dealership - moving from out of state - they had over $3200 in "dealer added" extras I never asked for on the vehicle. They refused to negotiate the extras, stated "ther from out of state - they had over $3200 in "dealer added" extras I never asked for on the vehicle. They refused to negotiate the extras, stated "there's a chip shortage, we don't have to negotiate and it isn't good for our business to remove the extras." Ok, well - in a car deal EVERYTHING EXTRA should be negotiable, and maybe you should care about your customer and not just your business. I understand new cars are selling at MSRP right now...but $3200 in dealer added extras? Come on! I contacted another Nissan dealership in the area and got the same vehicle for $500 less on the purchase price, and no added $3200 in extras. Midway's out the door price was nearly $4000.00 more than the dealership in Mesa. $35,300 at Midway vs $31,900 at EVN. Same car, Same options, Same zip code for taxes and registration. Midway treated me like I was stupid for questioning the extras, then proceeded to tell me they didn't have to sell the car to me because someone else would buy it with all of their extras added, and maybe it was better if we didn't try to do business together at all. They said that, verbatim, I have it on a text message. Emily Smith was the person I dealt with. Congrats, Emily - because of you I will never try to do business with Midway Nissan ever again, just like you wanted. More

I'm updating my review after speaking with the GM and Midway Nissan handling the o2 sensor issue with my vehicle. Midway was not initially handling the service as their service person advised me to go through Volvo for the initial issue that took 3 months to diagnose. Midway has already started to take care of the issue with the vehicle and I could not be happier with how they are handling it. I'm not a fan of the extended warranty coverage and cost but the real issue which was the pre existing bad sensor issue has been addressed. Thank you again for reaching out and the handling of the situation. More
If you go here do not work with anyone except Matthew Petrosky! He is bar none when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Incredibly knowledgeable, listens, fast, no hassle or haggle. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! They mess with the numbers on the paperwork after you make a verbal agreement & lie as well! Miguel told me (over the phone) that he would cut me a check for $150.00 if I removed it myself, I agreed. Emily (sweet girl) delivered the van the next day with the lettering still on it, but no check. When I asked where the check was, she said Miguel was going to mail it to me. Miguel lies, that was 7 weeks ago, no check! And he won't take or return my calls either! When Emily delivered it, they didn't send all the paperwork either, just the contract! I didn't get the Certified Used warranty, the CarFax report, it didn't even have a sticker on the windshield to say the oil had been changed! (I wonder if it was) Another thing, I also only got one key, I asked where the other one was, they said they only got one back. I called the previous owner (easy because his number was on the van when I got it) he said he turned in two. I haven't asked since, but I'm sure they are trying to sell me another one for a couple of hundred $$. I posted this on NextDoor & another person had the same go around with the key business & another key miraculously showed up when they pushed the issue! I wish it was possible to give them negative stars! DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!! More

I recently purchased a CPO 2018 Altima SR from Midway Nissan about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday (9/27/20) the SRS light came on and remained on. In light of being a safety concern for my family, I took the c Nissan about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday (9/27/20) the SRS light came on and remained on. In light of being a safety concern for my family, I took the car in this morning (9/27/20) WITHOUT an appointment or any prior notification at all. As I pulled into the service drive, I located Kyle Hammontree, my service advisor and briefly explained the issue. Kyle was just finishing up with a customer and promptly located me waiting in the service "breezeway". He explained, in a professional manner, what was going to take place over the course of the day, and the means/methods that were going to be used in the repair. Not only that, but he arranged for a Lyft to get me to work.......All in a matter of minutes!! I was at my place of business in about 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the service "breezeway". Time tends to become a commodity for many of us as we get older. This was an impressive experience, and I felt it incumbent upon myself to write a quick review before getting to my daily tasks at work. Thank You Kyle H!! Much appreciated!
