My Review Of Midway Nissan:
At Midway Nissan's service dept, they always do a great job. But three people I've dealt with particularly stand out. All three are proof-positive that character really matters: I'd push my car for a mile in the heat of an August afternoon, to get it to Service Advisor LESLIE MOSES. She's the real deal! Hers is the most sincere and totally authentic customer service I have ever experienced. Without fail, she gives you the straight story. She follows through on her word. She is frank and open. Her friendliness is absolutely genuine. And, by the way, she knows her stuff.
DITTO ON BRUCE WATERS In Midway's collision department. He's easygoing and down to earth when you talk to him, and he is knowledgeable and fair in handling your job. When he answers your questions, you know exactly what to expect. Talking to him for the very first time, it was obvious to me that it was important to him, because of his own personal values, that my job be done the right way, with the best possible result!
Finally, ROBERT LUCERO, the manager of the service dept. Perhaps he is the reason so many people at Midway's service department are so easy to deal with and follow through so well. Because it's obvious, when you meet him, that here is an honorable man, a kind man, an intelligent, organized man who does not see responsibility as a burden. I have no doubt that he takes real pleasure in making his department run smoothly and well. These three are excellent examples of the kind of people who make the world run properly--the kind whose word you can count on. The qualities that make them good at their jobs are qualities that matter a great deal in living life. These three are the kind of people who make the people who interact with them happy, because character matters. Character, in fact, is everything. And here are three people to whom character obviously means a lot, three people who have no trouble staying in touch with their humanity, even in today's untrustworthy and disintegrating world--even in a car dealership, for God's sake!
