My Review of Mike Harvey Acura:
My cousin wanted to bring her Acura RL in for a new radiator. A rock had punctured the original radiator and started a small leak. They wanted to charge me for a new radiator plus installation , but they also wanted to charge her for a coolant flush as well. I was a bit confused that coolant was not included with her radiator installation. This was almost $150 dollars more. I told her to call a few other dealerships to see what they charged. Two other dealerships said there must be a mistake, and that the coolant is included with the installation. She called Mike Harvey Acura back, and Steve insisted that she purcahse the coolant fush in addition to the installation. She ended up taking the car to Hopkins Acura. They only charged her for the new radiator plus installation. Why are they such crooks? This is where the phrase Stealerships came from. They want to take advantage of people do not know any better and who rely on them for their expertise. Honest people purchase their vehicles from Mike Harvey and expect to have all of their maintainance performed there. They make money on both ends, but it is not enough. They have to cheat their way to better profits. I am going to report this shady practice to Honda. I do not recomend this Stealership to anybody. They are very dishonest. Call them up and ask for a brake job and I bet they will also charge for a brake fluid flush. Change your transmission and they will charge you for a trnasmission flush as well. Do not trust them!

My Review of Mike Harvey Acura:
Their asking price was very much higher than most of the other dealers in the bay area, and still they kept insisting that they are the best.
They even tried to sell the car with extra options which I didn't want to include in the price.
They were very inprofessional during the negotiotion; they even asked my salary.
I really had a very bad experience with them and don't recommend them to any body.
I found the car that I want for almost 1000 less in another dealer.

My Review of Mike Harvey Acura:
I brought my new Acura TL in for a faulty dvd navigation screen change, The car was there for a week. When I picked my car up it was filthy and there was a big gash on my rear bumper. I know they have a car wash service, but my car was 10 times dirtier than when I dropped it off. I went to complain about the gash and they accused me of doing it. Luckily there was another man there complaining about damage to the front of his Integra bumper. I looked at his car, and it had my paint on it. When they were moving the cars around they must have crashed my car into his. We both complained and made Mike Harvey repair both cars. I did not like the fact that they tried to blame me for something that was their fault.

Later in the year I decided to sell my car on consignment there. I left the car in their showroom, and later found out that somebody had switched all four of my rims and tires. The person who purchased my car complained about scratched wheels and bald tires. All of my rims were like new and all four tires were less than 3 months old. I only put less than 2000 miles on them. I know that somebody switched the parts on me, while it was under their care, because the wheel locks were still in the trunk. What if I had decided not to sell my car? I would be stuck with bald tires and scratched wheels.

On the plus side they have a good sales manager named Spencer who is very helpful. If you need a salesperson, I would ask for Eric.
