I had my 2015 Toyota RV4 in for an oil change. Allen was the person who took care of my vehicle. He was helpful, courteous and pleasant to work with. If I can pick with whom I can work with Allen was the person who took care of my vehicle. He was helpful, courteous and pleasant to work with. Check engine light was on my Toyota Highlander so I brought it in. They told me I needed $1,400 worth of work and that my water pump was bad. Took it to John Wooten and was told the water pump was fine brought it in. They told me I needed $1,400 worth of work and that my water pump was bad.
