I scheduled my Explorer in for a recall that required overnight service. Before I brought it in another recall came through. Then I noticed an issue with the intelligent access. Brett said they would tak overnight service. Before I brought it in another recall came through. Then I noticed an issue with the intelligent access. Brett said they would take care of all three, no problem. Brett explained the issues and had the vehicle ready the next day as promised.
