horrible used car dept! sold me a car that wasint ready to be sold. paid cash, and then was told it needed to get the inspection and detail done. the inspection wasint done sold me a car that wasint ready to be sold. paid cash, and then was told it needed to get the inspection and detail done. the inspection wasint done properly, marker lights out, fluids not checked, etc. the detail wasint done car was delivered filthy! (interior and exterior) was told they would come back and get it and do it right this time. i dont think they are capable. the dealer is 150 miles from my house, apparently them putting 500 miles on my car is no big deal. told them i dont want it they told me bring it back! convinced them to put it on a flatbed, and wanted refund of all monies wired back to my acct upon receiving the car, they said no well send you a check!? there's many other ridiculous things that happened, there attitude is 'to bad so sad', once they get your money they no longer care about you! Got sold a lemon from ford. 2017 F150 raptor. Not this places fault. But went to get it serviced. Truck had under 20,000 miles on it. Had to get the transmission rebuilt. Even t 2017 F150 raptor. Well here we are two years later and it is shifts like trash between 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears. And I get told "Well you are out of warranty" Seems the day and age of being treated like a customer rather than a consumer is dead. They won't get another dollar from me. Oh and the first time they rebuilt the transmission they had my truck for over five weeks. Horrible experience, not updated on days I was told I would get a call, prices all over the place and going up and up. Yeah completely useless. All they are good for is bending you over and xxxxxx your wallet for cash. Avoid at all costs. More
