My 2001 Ford Focus had been having issues for months until one morning during my morning commute it died 3 times before I was halfway to work. Instead of going in, I called Mike Murphy's Service Depart until one morning during my morning commute it died 3 times before I was halfway to work. Instead of going in, I called Mike Murphy's Service Department and told them the problem. Because it was my only car they said that if I got it in to them they would get it checked out that very day. Talk about service! They gave me a loaner car to use for the day and later on they called with estimates for the repairs. Being an 11 year old car I didn't feel like investing more money into it so I contacted Nathan Noyes who I had dealt with when I originally purchased the vehicle. I met with Nathan and took a new Focus for a test drive. He worked out some paperwork and I went home to think about it. I realized that it wasn't the car I wanted, I was looking for a different option package than the one I had driven. The next day I called Nathan and told him exactly what I was looking for and he said he would look for one. He contacted me later with news that he had located a car the color and with the options that I was looking for. He got the Focus in, I took it for a test drive, and he gave me a price that I thought was fair. He was also very helpful setting up my phone to the FordSynch and walking me through the other options. Spent about 45 minutes at this dealer looking at cars. Several salesmen walked past us and none of them even acknowledged that we were there. Neither one said hello to us, offered to let us get in the car, asked what we were looking at/for, asked if we needed help with anything. Very poor customer service and horrible experience. The worst part is we would actually consider buying a car that we looked at tonight because we loved it, but we are strongly put off by our experience. More
