My wife and I decided that our 2012 Accord was too small for our family so decided to upgrade to a 2013 Pilot with RES. We searched autotrader and found what we wanted. I spoke with Ozzy Mauzy on the phone and he was extremely helpful. I learned this was a no commission dealership and didn't really know what to expect. I explained what our situation was and expectations and he ran the numbers and looked at photos of our trade and gave me some ballpark numbers which turned out to be really really close to what we ended up with (which is usually not the case in our experience). We made the trip down and he took time with us showing us the Pilot's features and actually had the kids watching a DVD while he went over the rest of our vehicle. My wife and I were both able to do a test drive and it was exactly as described and what we wanted. The rest of the buying experience was really a no pressure situation. Ozzy really went the extra mile (but he says that's just what they do there at that dealership) but made sure we were comfortable with all of the vehicle before we left. We were hesitant at first for driving 3 hours to this dealership but will definitely do it again for our next vehicle. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE! Recommend this place to everyone. When I went to Mike Patton I was not consciously in the market for a new car. I was there to have repairs done to my used car. I have always bought used cars. But Brian showed me all the facts, he worked through all the pros and cons with me, he helped me make the best decision for me. He also intuited my needs and wants without me saying much about what I might be interested in. He knew. It hasn't quite been a week but I'm already feeling the relief and security that a new car with low mileage (and a sweet warranty) bring. A new car is totally worth it. This is the place to go for honda service. Was never treated better at any other dealer. The price was much better than four other dealers that i called. If this continues, i will be a lifer.
