DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT This is the second time dealing with the service department. The first time it took 2 1/2 hours just to have a key made. This time issues with the tra This is the second time dealing with the service department. The first time it took 2 1/2 hours just to have a key made. This time issues with the transmission. Brought it in Saturday 8/22 they were suppose to look at it on Monday 8/24 we had to call repeatedly to get someone to find the car, The looked at it Tuesday and said it was a catastrophic failure in the transmission but covered under warranty. Today Wednesday the say it is a connector and is not covered under warranty and will cost over $300 when they can find the part. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT More
Recall to replace my ignition I received the recall card and called the dealership and an appointment was setup. I took my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan on the scheduled day. They said I received the recall card and called the dealership and an appointment was setup. I took my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan on the scheduled day. They said it would be ready by that afternoon. I just had a complete Hip replacement and in pain. My vehicle was there 2 days before I received a call to inform me that the part for my vehicle was installed in someone else's vehicle. Service Department said they would order the part and call me in 5 days to bring the vehicle back. I had a choice to leave my vehicle there or come pick it up and they would call me when they received the part. My wife brought the vehicle home. I never received a call, so I called. Melissa at Service Department. I explained what I was calling for and Melissa said, " let me transfer you to the parts department". A gentleman answered and after my explanation said, " Let me transfer you to the Service Department" I interrupted and told him that Service had just transferred me to parts. He said to hold and laid the phone down instead of putting me on HOLD. I could hear their conversation, include the man that answered the phone talking about everything but my situation. 5 minutes later, the man came to the phone and said, " We get 5 parts at a time and then will repair the vehicles. I want to compliment Donna, Dealership Secretary for listening to me and ensuring that the situation was resolved and I resolved a call from Joe Segura, Mobile Tech to inform me that he would be at my address on Aug 19, 2015 at 8:00 am. Joe Segura is to be commended because he showed on time and I stood there while he explained what parts he was taking apart and showed me the part that he was replacing. He apologized on behalf of himself, the company and persons involved. I really respect a person that accountability for the whole company error. I can tell that Joe looks at the whole picture of what you dealership owes it's customers. I wonder how many fires he puts out during his mobile repairs. Donna and Joe are very valuable employees to you company. More

He stayed with us every inch of the way through the negotiations, offering words of wisdom, and generally being very friendly and helpful. After the sale was done, he helped us out a lot by programming our phones into the vehicle, and showing us all kinds of things about the special features and how they worked. He also encouraged us to call him if we needed anything at all. More
