Valencia did her job and it's out of her hands, unless she failed to get our banking info. It wasn't until my husband and I got credit denials from different finance companies and banks after our purchase that upset me.One of the denial letters came from Mobil Oil Federal Credit Union,who we have been banking with for over 5 years.The number 1 reason they listed was that the dealership did not get back with them to answer some questions. I called Mobil Oil and was told by their representative that if Mike Smith had given them our member number and called them back we could have used our own bank. Mike Smith submitted the Auto choice/Carfax value of the vehicle we purchased which was $ 38,500 m/l and failed to mention it was loaded with alot of extras that were printed on the sticker price of the vehicle $ 40,995.00m/l.I have been trying to contact Cody Wills and Keith Leger,General Manager of BMW division of Mike Smith,because BMW financed our purchase with $3,000.00 down and all I get is voice mail so that tells me they are worried about making a sale and not the satisfaction of their customers.I'd just like to know what the truth with my bank and Mike Smith's finance department is.Was all the required information submitted and followed up on or was there a miscommunication?Thanking you in advance for your time,Sharon Shaver Was this review helpful to you?
