Great dealership experience I have to be honest - I am not a fan of the car buying experience. However, I am very pleased with my recent experience at Mike Ward Maserati and specifically Matt Rice our sales person. We were looking for a Honda CR-V and I called the dealership spoke to Mark Todd, Sales Manager, and asked him if he had the one advertised still on the lot. He immediately went outside confirmed it was there and had it pulled out front when we arrived. He introduced us to Matt Rice who took great care of us through the process. There was no pressure through the negotiation and finance process which I greatly appreciated. We also had the opportunity to chat with the Manager, Bob Thumel who was so friendly and truly made us feel welcome. Even though we weren't in the market for a high-end, expensive vehicle we were treated so very well by everyone. I will highly recommend Mike Ward dealerships to my friends and family and this will be my first stop next time I'm in the market. Definitely ask for Matt Rice - highly recommend this young man!
