Great dealership experience I have to be honest - I am not a fan of the car buying experience. However, I am very pleased with my recent experience at Mike Ward Maserati and spec I have to be honest - I am not a fan of the car buying experience. However, I am very pleased with my recent experience at Mike Ward Maserati and specifically Matt Rice our sales person. We were looking for a Honda CR-V and I called the dealership spoke to Mark Todd, Sales Manager, and asked him if he had the one advertised still on the lot. He immediately went outside confirmed it was there and had it pulled out front when we arrived. He introduced us to Matt Rice who took great care of us through the process. There was no pressure through the negotiation and finance process which I greatly appreciated. We also had the opportunity to chat with the Manager, Bob Thumel who was so friendly and truly made us feel welcome. Even though we weren't in the market for a high-end, expensive vehicle we were treated so very well by everyone. I will highly recommend Mike Ward dealerships to my friends and family and this will be my first stop next time I'm in the market. Definitely ask for Matt Rice - highly recommend this young man! 7/2016 - 2015 Audi S3 Purchase I'd been looking at a couple of Audi S3s in the Denver area for a few months, and was in email correspondence with Sales Consultant Robert Shankland o I'd been looking at a couple of Audi S3s in the Denver area for a few months, and was in email correspondence with Sales Consultant Robert Shankland off and on about the one on the Mike Ward lot. After a few grand dropped off of their advertised price, I let him know that we were getting close to my tipping point and we made an appointment. I don't typically enjoy the dealership rigmarole, of course, but little did I know that I'd stumbled upon a really great sales experience by reaching Mr. Shankland. Rather than leading with the typical "hard bargain," Robert was quick to get my wife & I driving a few cars on the lot and feeling out our preferences. It didn't take much conversation to realize that Robert's a bona fide "car guy," rather than just another suit on a sales lot. Of course he made his pitch once it was all said and done -- it IS his job -- but by then he'd truly earned our business rather than trying to berate us into submission. By the end of the visit, we were able to close the deal at a fair price, and both sides seemed happy with the terms. Great job all around by Robert Shankland and the Mike Ward Infiniti team! More
