Mile High Honda

When I made the appointment, the call center mis-quoted the charge for the work. I spoke to the General Manager to report the problem and get a partial credit. Also, I was speaking to another customer while waiting for my car, who was very upset to learn that Mile High now charges a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. She warned me about this I said that this notification is not at all obvious on the Mile High Web site. I agree with her that with the high price of car repair, Mile High is making plenty of profit without having to nickel and dime (or dollars) your customers to death. In these tough times, the money that I had to pay for this fee, would be better going to a small restaurant struggling to survive! More

Tried to use my $55 coupon for an oil change, was told that I needed $130 service instead. When I finally got an itemized list of recommended services, I tried to opt out of a $230 carbon removal procedure when I called the tech, but he said it had already been done and I had to pay for it.
