Daut is a lousy communicator and does not explain the exorbitant price you have to pay for simple services cost twice. He lied to me about closing time and I was without my car for the weekend. exorbitant price you have to pay for simple services cost twice. Very disorganized service department, tends to swindle and rip off customers. Simple services cost twice as much here as other Honda dealerships. and rip off customers. Simple services cost twice as much here as other Honda dealerships. More
My 14-year old CR-V still performs like a new car and I credit Mile High Honda for keeping it that way. I especially appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Daut Marmullak. credit Mile High Honda for keeping it that way. I especially appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Daut Marmullak. Hidden fees, late title work, and irresponsible. They forgot to collect enough tax for the title work and decided to keep quiet until I found out. Fortunately, the DMV investigated the issue for me. They forgot to collect enough tax for the title work and decided to keep quiet until I found out. Fortunately, the DMV investigated the issue for me. How do you expect the consumer to know which paper work THE DEALER submits to the DMV or what went wrong when they don't inform me? The extra hidden fees are also atrocious itself. Please avoid this dealer! More
Ask for him by name - Jacob Werries. Fantastic guy and a complete professional. I cannot remember having a better, more painless experience buying a car. We did not feel pressure Fantastic guy and a complete professional. I cannot remember having a better, more painless experience buying a car. We did not feel pressured, at all. And we walked out with the perfect car for us last week. Jacob listened to what our needs were. He was approachable and delightful to work with, and answered our every question. We’ve seen all sorts… we’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, on the East and West Coasts, and overseas. It’s safe to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, Honda or otherwise. And it was because of Jacob. He was excellent at understanding our priorities. He laid out our options, and was upfront about how long the process would take. We came in looking for a new or used vehicle, and we stayed within budget. (Note to his boss- our purchase was at the top end of our search.) Jacob made sure that some special circumstances on our end did not delay the purchase, and was sensitive to our unique situation. Yep- and he was kind. Jacob patiently went through every knob and switch to make sure we understood their functions. And answered so many questions. Go see this guy. Jacob was a delight and I’d refer him to any of my family and friends. I can count on one hand how many reviews I’ve cared to write. Jacob deserves it. Mile High Honda’s lucky to have him. More
Called to test drive a Civic Ts. Salesperson was kind enough to state that before you can test drive one you have to go through the process of buying a car and if you don’t like it, Salesperson was kind enough to state that before you can test drive one you have to go through the process of buying a car and if you don’t like it, they will give you your money back, I’m assuming it’s 500 to hold the car. Not a great experience when you’re in the early stages of buying a car. Given that I’ll never buy a car I didn’t drive, I’ll take the Honda off the list. It’s down to the Saburu that I test drove and the Hyundi I didn’t drive yet. Way to reverse the process guys. More
Avoid Mile High Honda for Service—You Deserve Better I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for a transmission service. It took much longer than expected, but I tried to be patient. Afterward, they recommended brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for a transmission service. It took much longer than expected, but I tried to be patient. Afterward, they recommended over $2,000 in additional services—which I declined. Fast forward a few weeks (with very little driving), and my car suddenly started overheating. Thankfully, I was near another mechanic who diagnosed the issue: a thermostat stuck closed. According to them, Mile High Honda had only drained and refilled my coolant—they didn’t actually inspect any internal parts, which should be standard during a complete radiator service. Because of their negligence, I had to spend another $500 to fix the issue. When I brought it to their attention, they offered a $75 refund—barely anything compared to the cost of the repair. We suggested that a fair compromise would be refunding half of the service amount ($280), but instead of working with us, they completely ghosted the conversation. All over an additional $60. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Poor service, no accountability, and zero follow-through. If you value honest, reliable care for your vehicle—take it somewhere else. More
Poor communication and they won't own up to it if they make mistakes. I have called to speak with a manager 3 times now and have been assured someone will call me back. Nothing. Then they have the nerve t make mistakes. I have called to speak with a manager 3 times now and have been assured someone will call me back. Nothing. Then they have the nerve to send a marketing text asking for my business. Their service dept misthreaded a lug nut so when I got a flat, of course on that tire, I had to have my car towed in ($120) and then pay for them to replace the tire and fix the mistake that THEY made. I had to cough up $1200 and miss an entire day of work because they screwed up my lug nut. No one else has worked on my car and yet they won't even call me back!! Bad business. Don't go here. More
