My Review of Mile High Honda:
Purchasing a car is a big ticket item. Since I keep my cars for years, it is important to me that I purchase one with my preferences and specifications. I was browsing last week when I stopped at Mile High, but I drove away in a highly rated vehicle and it is comfortable and will last for years. Michael was my salesman, who provided a vast array of information. He was very pleasant and not pushy, which I appreciate.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
Bought an 09 Accord on the CARS rebate program. Except for a few glitches regarding the rebate, everything went well and it was a good, low pressure car-buying experience. Wendell was professional, listened well, and was a fun, energetic salesperson to work with. Overall a good experience with everyone involved, and I would recommend this dealership.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
Purchased a new 09 Fit under the CARS rebate. Everything went great, but took forever to get in with financing. Was at the dealership from 3pm-11:30pm. No hassle or upselling pressure, went very smoothly. One of the few honest dealerships around. Kudos to Curtis for staying 3+ hours after normal closing times to see everything through.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
I just bought a 2010 CR-V in October 2009. I got the deal I wanted (plus extras thrown in) and the experience was enjoyable and stress-free. Kudos to my sales rep Mike Spotts. (Denver, forget the tiresome radio adds about Schomp Honda.) Mile High Honda is the hidden gem to get your Honda or Acura.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
Last week we bought a Honda Fit at Mile High Honda, we had a very good experience there. I had been car shopping for a couple of weeks and had visited Kuni Honda where I had purchased my last two cars. At Kuni I wasn't impressed at all, I got the feeling that they weren't willing to work with me at all and their selection was horrible(everything either had the NAV package installed or was a standard transmission). The first thing Kuni did was a test drive in a trashed-out demo car, granted I didn't "look" like I was in the market for a new car. No one at Mile High paid any attention to what I looked like, they treated me as a "customer". Wendel went out of his way to make our car buying experience a great one. Wendel had an honest and quick answer to every question put to him by us about the Honda Fit. I test drove a new car and loved it(new car smell and looks). The people at Kuni Honda could learn a lot from Mile High Honda. Wendel got our car in for detailing as soon as we got settled on a price, and I even got a fair deal on my trade-in, so we wouldn't have to spend unnecessary time hanging around. Wendel showed me the service area and introduced me around and waited for my questions to be answered there. The car is awesome and so was our experience at Mile High Honda. I will be happy to recommend Mile High to all of my friends.

By the way according to our salesman at Kuni Honda the dealership had just completed $800,000 in improvements to the showroom, what a slap in the face. we won't be back to Kuni.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
Wendel was awesome! He was very truthful and helpful. He helped my dad and I in buying a new Honda for myself from the dealership. He even came in on his day off because it was more convenient for me. I am very satisfied with my car and would recommmend Mile High and Wendel to my family and friends.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
Very happy with my new car. Wendel took 2 1/2 hours to show me everything inside and outside the car. He even came in on his day off because that was the day that was most convenient for me. The whole process has been very smooth.
I have never owned a Honda before this, and I am enjoying it.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
I have had the unfortunate experience of being both a shopper and a service customer at this dealership. I live in Denver, so this is the most convenient Honda dealership for me; yet, I've been so disappointed in this business that I will now gladly drive to Longmont for all of my Honda-related needs.

The sales personnel at Mile High are inconsiderate, rude, and dishonest; they lie about their used car histories, and try to pass off obvious maintenance issues as "normal wear and tear." They over-charge for their vehicles; when offered an opportunity to negotiate, I was very rudely rebuked by my salesman for attempting to question their "deal." They even refused to provide me with so much as a CARFAX; I had to look it up on my own.

Service-wise... A few years later (having bought my car somewhere else), I needed an SRS unit replacement. Mile High Honda quoted me a price that was DOUBLE that of other dealerships in the metro area. Needless to say, I had it replaced somewhere else.

Recently, I needed a new A/C part, for which I got a price quote online off of Mile High Honda's web site. Upon arrival to pick up the part, Mile High Honda REFUSED to honor their own online price quote, and tried to charge me 33% extra.

This is an unprofessional, dishonest dealership that capitalizes on its monopoly in Denver. For both sales and service, I would highly recommend that you shop around at other metro area dealers; Mile High's shortcomings in both price and professionalism are shocking. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

My Review of Mile High Honda:
Several employees were extremely rude, one in particular cursed at us. I was told I would receive a reimbursement in the mail, I have yet to receive that, it has been 4-5 months already. Service wasnt that great either. The car wasnt clean when I took it home. I brought it back for a car wash, and for detailing, two days later. When I took it home that time the car was still not clean on the inside. I dont feel I was treated very fairly. I feel I was lied to! And now the car's rotars are warped, and they refuse to fix them. Even though they never told me from the beginning that they needed to be replaced. I will never return to Mile High Honda ever again.<br>I put down a very large down payment, and was treated like it was nothing.
