Employee(s) Dealt With: Bernie Smith and Steve Rubin

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
When I decided that I was going to treat myself to a new car, the choice was a Honda CRV-EX-L or a Subaru Forester. My first stop was Northwest Honda where the manager tried to tack on an additional $1300.- ,calling it a "national sales average adjustment". That made me laugh. Next stop was Heritage Honda in Westminster. I walked in and told Bernie exactly what I was looking for and I wanted it in Tango Red Pearl.
Lucky day for me as 1 had just been delivered. The manager offered a small discount. I wanted to at least look at the Subaru before making my decision. Bernie's reply was "may the best car win". I liked that response! After sitting in the Subaru, I found that it was just not as comfortable as the Honda. Now my mind was made up and pricing was a factor so I looked on the internet and found that O'Donnell Honda would give me a better deal. So, I e-mailed Steve Rubin and told him that if he matched the price and added fog lights that I would be down to buy the car. His response was "call me! I think we can work a deal". So, I called him and told him that I had made the same offer to O'Donnell Honda and wanted to wait for their reply. Their reply was " I'm confused, we have already offered you the best price possible". So, I called Steve and told him I would be in on Sat. to pick up the car and I was paying cash!
Today when I went to pick up the car, I was surprised at how thorough Bernie was explaining all the features, disclosures, etc. to me. We even drove thru the service department to do a "meet and greet"! When Steve said "we are all family here" I certainly got that feeling!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Chuck Hanna, Mike Weiner

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
I had the pleasure of dealing with Chuck through the NRA car buying service and from the very start he worked hard to get me the best deal. I was working with 2 other dealerships that took several days to respond to questions about price and availability. Chuck would respond within 24 hours or less each time and your price was always lower than the competition. In fact one of the dealerships responded that Heritage had to be lying about the price because it was so low. Chuck is a straight shooter and I would recommend him as a salesman to family and friends.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Joe Ski

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
My car buying experience could not have been any better than with Joe Ski. First we agreed on a price through email (extremely competitive price) and he stuck to it, no "you have to come in now/today" game. Then he went and found the car I wanted at another dealer (they didn't have the color I wanted in stock) and went and picked it up for me. When I came in to pick it up there were no games. Out the door price was as promised, car was as promised, even washed and waxed with a full tank of gas, waiting for me to drive it away. Whole process took less than an hour after I had looked over the car to verify everything was in order. This is how car buying should be. I thought most reviews on here were planted by the dealer, but now I'm convinced. Joe Ski will work with you and work for you. Do not buy a Honda without at least checking with him first.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
What can I say? If you want to be hassled or "haggled" go somewhere else. If you want to walk into a dealership that really wants to help you find a vehicle, then Honda of Westminster would be the place to visit. Joe Ski made sure we left with a vehicle we loved and could afford. He is definitely there to look out for your best interest. It's not everyday you find that from a car salesman, is it?

Employee(s) Dealt With: Joe Lonczynski

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
Walked in with a Amex price quote and a clunker, walked out with a new car: no hassle, no stress that simple. I had visited several dealers before coming to this one, all of them added pin striping and undercoating, which added $600 to the price, and were unwilling to negotiate down the price because I had a clunker. My experience at Heritage Westminster was completely different. This dealer did something that I had only experienced at one other dealer: They don't try to squeeze you for every penny. They realize that if they give you a good deal, you will come back and get your car serviced there, you will tell your friends, and ultimately, that equals more profit for them. When I mentioned I had a clunker, they did not discourage me from using the CARS rebate, as other dealers had. They were also straight forward and upfront with everything, with no hidden fees that showed up when I spoke with the finance manager. Overall, I spent 3 hours in the dealership: 1 hour in the show room looking at the car, and 2 hours doing paper work. I am certain that I will be returning for my next car, and also for general maintenance.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Joe SKI

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
I was very pleased with the purchase experience at MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster. Joe SKI was extremely helpful and made it very enjoyable to purchase our new Honda. Coming from Pennsylvania, Heritage Honda of Westminster (Joe) was the only dealer within 100 miles who could give me a reasonable final price without playing the usual new car dealer games.
Thank you Joe, I really appreciate your FANTASTIC service. We'll certainly be back!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
We have now purchased 3 vehicles from MileOne Honda in Westminster and have always worked with JoeSki. He always has my family's best interest at hand. He works hard to give us incentives and add-ons where possible. He found the exact vehicle that I wanted in a 4 state area search. I told him what my family could afford and he made it happen with a 2009 Accord and no money down. When we're ready for vehicle #4, we'll definitely choose JoeSki to take care of us.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Adam Barnes

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
I contacted Adam Barnes at Heritage of Westminster about a used 2008 KIA Seronto that they had on the internet, the vehicle only had 13,800 miles on it. I had been to a couple of different locations looking for a KIA and had not been able to get an affordable deal on a vehicle. Adam contacted me by phone after my inquiry and asked me exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend a month. He did everything he could to make sure we were ready to deal before I even met him in person. He got me the vehicle I had inquired about, and had the finances worked out and the paperwork done before we even set eyes on the vehicle. We drove it, loved it, and signed the paperwork. We were surprised that we even qualified for the vehicle because our credit is less than good. Thanks Adam and Heritage of Westminster. Oh and the best part, they realized that our financial situation is still in the critical care wing, so in order to make sure that we could have our vehicle fixed if something happened to it, they got us an extended warranty up to 5 years and 100,000 miles that covers everything on the vehicle and includes gap protection. It was already in the financing. Some might see that as a sales tactic, but, I see it as looking out for us.
