Mr. Frank and David Kapper were very easy to work with. They were aware of a prior bankruptcy I had and if they had any difficulty getting me financed I didn't know about it. They made it happen and it was smooth and easy. I liked that.

We had a wonderful buying experience in purchasing our new Honda Civic EX. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful. We were pleased with his laid back personality and professionalism. Just an overall excellent new car buying experience from Joe and company. After a horrible experience from Criswell Honda, I emailed Joe and from there, the rest was history. I would recommend this guy to anyone I knew. He was friendly, helpful and simply makes buying a new car worthwhile. Did I mention he gace me a non nonsense great deal as well? This is what car buying should be like. I couldnt have been happier after getting lied to by another dealership. A++++ for Joe Ski and Heritage Honda.

This is our second purchase of a new Honda CRV from Joe. He is the kind of person who treats you more like a friend than a customer. He is a no pressure kind of guy with all the right answers. Buying a car can be very stressful but, not the case here. He knows how to make it a pleasant experience. If he doesn't have what you want he will find it. We have referred friends to him who after shopping around bought their car from Joe. They are glad they did. We love the CRV! Thanks, Joe.

John was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding in my needs for deciding on my new vehicle. He was able to clearly steer me into the direction I was searching. IE color, model, price range. I was never once pressured to make a quick decision during my visit to test drive the CRV. The sales managers that I dealt with were also helpful and inviting. On the day of purchase, my soon to be vehicle was spotless, exactly what I wanted and ready to drive off the lot! The whole process of purchase was relatively smooth and easy with John's assistance. I truly appreciated John's support in my first new car buying experience and I will surely will be back to do business with him in the future!

When I made the appointment for this service, somehow your personnel did not know about the extended warratny (100K miles) for the power steering problem. I was told that I would have to bring in the letter I received 2 months ago to have this service covered under warranty. You should have known about this problem and the warranty extension.
When I dropped off the vehicle, I asked to have the timing belt changed and was told there was a $420 special for this complete service. I asked about replacing the water pump and was told this would cost $250. It seemed a little high to me for the water pump as most of the labor is aready done when replacing the timing belt. Is the labor doubly charged?
I was called during the day by the service advisor and he tried to sell me a whole lot more service - such as replacing the plugs for a ridiculous cost of $250, Rear brakes, etc. which I refused. The weird thing was is that the check engine light was on and the service advisor made no mention of this to me whatsoever.
When I came to pick up the vehicle, I looked at the bill and realized that I was being charged for the parts with the recall item listed as Job #3 on the invoice. I brought this to the service advisors attention and he went to correct it.
When he returned with a new invoice, I asked why the cost for the timing belt replacement was more than the $420 quoted - I had been charged for the cost of the belt and parts in addition to the $420 for the labor. Your website lists the cost for the Odyssey at 409.95??? Again, the service advisor corrected this and generated yet another invoice. After getting home I now realise that it is still incorrect as I was charged a total of $431.34 for the timing belt (job #4 on the invoice). I also realized that the cost for the water pump (job #5) was 278.79. Again looking over the invoice, I also realized that the charges at the bottom of the bill were not explained to me. They are listed as job #A ( a cost of $28) - were these costs related to the recall and warranty work? If so, I should not have been charged. If not, then they should have been listed under the timing belt (job #4) or the drive belt(job #6). What are these charges for?
The dealership then called me as they realized that they had overcharged me and sent me a check for the overcharge.
Overall, I was very unhappy with your quality of service, attention to detail, and the time it took me to pick up the vehicle at the dealership.

Heritage Honda Westminster would like to sincerely apologize for “Agdavey’s” inconveniences he had encountered during his visit. We certainly understand his frustration regarding his vehicle's service and we attempted to resolve this issue. We carefully examined each Job # and corresponding charges on Agdavey’s invoice and reimbursed him accordingly. In response to the Service Special for the Odyssey Timing Belt he addressed on our website, this service only includes the cost of replacing the Timing Belt (including labor), further inspection of the Water Pump, Drive Belts, etc., and a courtesy Multi-Point Inspection. This charge of $409.95 does not include the actual price of a Water Pump, nor does it include the price of additional Drive Belts. We reached out to Agdavey on 4/6 to resolve the issues that were addressed here. We also aimed to clarify any further questions he had, as well as the charges on his invoice. However, we have not been approached from this customer either by phone or by email. We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied and we appreciate the opportunity to gain their business. Our customers are our top priority and we want to make certain we have resolved their situation. Heritage Honda Westminster would still like to thank Agdavey for taking the time to review us.

I've been looking for an SUV with my specifications for quite some time, and checked (literally) dozens of dealerships. Without a doubt, Joe Ski was the friendliest and most up-front of the salesmen that I dealt with...and, to be honest, it's not even close. Joe not only helped me while trying to get my business, but helped me know what to expect when talking with other dealerships (ie telling me what to "watch out for"...and he was dead-on, every time). He crushed every stereotype I've ever heard or read about car salesmen.
While I didn't make a purchase from the dealership, that was through no fault of his own. However, I plan on making my next Honda purchase through that dealership, simply because he was so helpful. I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for a Honda should give him a call.

John was so wonderful to work with! John is very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave me no pressure to make a sale. He kept in touch with me before and after my decision to purchase a new car. I also worked with Ed in financing. Ed was also very pleasant and knowledgeable with all the financial paperwork! My experience was wonderful and I will return to John at Heritage for my next car!

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that may be looking for a new Honda. The salesman that I was working with was knowledgable, courteous and very willing to help me find the right cars for us. The sales manager was extremely helpful in making sure that I was getting the right model Civic to meet our needs. It was not your typical pressure cooker type dealership. Everyone seemed very sincere and out to help make the experience pleasurable. I appreciated that there were no games just honest answers and bottom line prices.
