Upon delivery of my vehicle, Sumner went over all the features, set up the blue tooth and introduced me to the service department. He set up my first oil change appointment. He was very professional about spending the time to ensure that I knew how everything functioned. This dealership and their staff excels in customer service. I went in because Jim Wood moved to Milford from Marlboro. I had bought 2 cars from Jim in the past so it was very easy to go back to him. My car had died and I needed to replace it. Milford is a beautiful showroom and all the people there were very nice and helpful. They made it easy to move forward with the purchase. Jim had me work with Brian in the Sales Department and it was so much fun. He has a great sense of humor and really took the time to get to know me and my family and my needs. I will be going back there and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and great service. More
