Worst Experience Ever I don’t think it could get any worse. From the lack of response, to the deception on the price to the deceit on repairs. Purchased a used vehicle w/ I don’t think it could get any worse. From the lack of response, to the deception on the price to the deceit on repairs. Purchased a used vehicle w/very low miles. First they were very shady about the actual cash price. Then they tried to add in undisclosed fees and tried to tell me it was my responsibility to know about them. However they conveniently waived the hidden fees when I pushed back and used the words consumer fraud several times. There were a few small defects w the car when we test drove it incl the check engine light being on. Don’t worry we were told everything would be taken care of. Ok left a deposit. Took 2 days of phone calls and emails to get anyone to tell us exactly what the final price was since they never corrected the sales order. Picked up car and all seemed good. Check engine light comes on before we even get home: problem with the turbo booster. Ouch can be an expensive repair. Email to sales manager since no one ever answers the phone there and of course no response. Lastly go to register only to find out dealer paperwork is inadequate. 2 1/2 hrs in DMV and 5 phone calls to finally get it registered. Stay far away from these guys! More
